Recall Information

Used vehicles may be subject to manufacturer safety recalls. Customers are encouraged to check the vehicle's VIN for open recalls through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) before purchase.

Recall repairs are generally administered by the vehicle manufacturer or its authorized dealers.

Third-Party Advertising

Vehicle information appearing on third-party websites or advertising platforms may be delayed, incomplete, or outdated.

Customers should verify current pricing, availability, vehicle information, financing terms, Pay-in-Full Offers, and other applicable terms directly with CarGroup LLC before making a purchase decision.

Final Sale

We reserve the right to end any listing at any time if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
Sale prices are subject to change without notice. To receive the advertised internet price, the customer must request it before the sale is completed.
Prices do not include aftermarket products, state taxes, title and registration fees, or dealer processing fees.

2. Deposit & Fees

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per day is required to secure a vehicle.
All vehicles sold are subject to a non-refundable dealer processing fee of $299.00

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash, cashier’s check, certified check, money order, wire transfers/EFT.
Personal checks are accepted in person only with proof of sufficient funds.
Credit/Debit Cards: A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Disclosures

Customers are responsible for verifying the existence, accuracy, and condition of any listed equipment or vehicle features before purchase.
CarGroup LLC is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, or misprints.
In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the listing and update the price accordingly. A pricing or listing error does not constitute grounds for deal cancellation.

5. Recall Disclosure

CarGroup LLC is not responsible for any open recalls on vehicles.
Customers should check www.nhtsa.gov/recalls for recall information.
Under federal law, most manufacturer recalls less than 10 years old must be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer’s dealership.
